On June 3 a benefit was held for the victims of the earthquack
on Middle Java. The Dutch Minister for Foreign Affairs, Ben Bot,
opened the evening and delivered a speech in which the bonds
of friendship between The Netherlands and Indonesia were
emphasised. The evening ended with an impressive performance
by Johnny Rahaket and the Colourful City Choir, accompanied
by Wouter Muller.
